·Performance Characteristics

  This product is made by printing steaks of indicator ink (yellow) onto one side of a special adhesive tape. After the internal temperature of the autoclave sterilizer reaches to the required temperature 121 by application of saturated steam, the indicator streams turns black from original yellow in specified 20 minutes, and after the internal temperature of the autoclave sterilizer reaches to the required temperature 132-134 by application of saturated steam, the indicator streams turns black from original yellow in specified 3.5 minutes, which means that the sterilization process fulfills the eligible requirement.

·Application Scope

1.This product is intended to be pasted outside the articles pack or container to be sterilized and to be used for fixing articles pack or indicating whether the articles pack or container has been sterilized, turn to prevent mixing with other untreated articles pack or container.

2.Apply to132 ° -136C pulse pre-vacuum or vacuum pressure steam sterilizer,the lower pressure steam sterilizer like desktop or cassette, etc.

·Usage

Paste a chemical indicator tape of 5-6cm onto the sealing site of the articles pack (or container)
by cross-tangled above 2 cycles for the purposes of fixing and bandaging. If fixing and bandaging are
unnecessary, then the chemical indicator tape might be pasted onto an evident site for indicting what happens.

·Result Determination

  After one sterilization cycle, if the yellow stream turns to uniform black, it can be determined that this articles pack (or container) has been treated by sterlization

·Notices

1.Don't paste the type onto the surface of metal, glass or other hard material which is easy to form condensed water; the heat-sensitive material contained in the chemical indicator tape may become inaccurate if it is wet.
2.Prohibition on Re-use.
3.The medical waste should be dealed within local laws.

4. Only for chemical monitoring of pressure steam sterilization, can not be used for dry heat, chemical gas sterilization monitoring;

1.18 months sealed at room temperature

2.Storage at room temperature (15-30C), 50% relative humidity, dark (including sunlight, fluorescent lamps and UV disinfection lights), avoid moisture; avoid contact with corrosive gases, not with contaminated or toxic chemicals coexist;
